Waynesville Watershed

Blue Ridge Forever is directed by ten local, regional and state land trusts and three national land conservation organizations that are working to protect the land and waterways of Western North Carolina.

The local land trusts are pooling the talents of their combined 50-plus staff and 7,000 members to help achieve the Blue Ridge Forever land protection vision. These land trusts are actively seeking Land Trust Alliance accreditation, an important step to ensure public accountability in voluntary land conservation and building strong and lasting land conservation organizations.
